Sometimes some of the listings don’t even have a website link placed beside it. In Google's eyes, any review, whether good or bad, is pivotal in Googles' success. Therefor having your happy customers write reviews about your business will help your website jump up in the rankings.
Try To Exchange Links With Websites
This is a very time consuming process but, it can generate a few extra visitors. You have to find sites that are related to your niche and send them a request to exchange links with them.
Ezine Articles is the best place to write and publish articles that relate to your websites niche. At the bottom of the article there is a section that is called about the author, this is where you are allowed to include links to your website. The thing about Ezine articles is that they rank high in the search engine results pages.
Write Loads of Content
This is the most important method of getting traffic. If it is at all possible commit to write and publish one article
a day. Try to focus on keywords that you think people would type into the search engines search box to find your article.
Interact With People On Twitter

You can create and account with Youtube and upload videos. You can also add annotations to your videos displaying your website name and address. You should also tag these videos with relevant keywords for your business.

Here is another great method of attracting visitors to your websites pages. Craigslist is a huge Internet advertising site. You have to abide by the guidelines or else they will label you as a spammer if you break the posting rules. Bottom line-Craigslist works and best of all IT"S FREE!!!
Start Your Own Free Blog or Two
The process is very simple. If you create blogs that are related to your website, you can then make anchor text links that point to your main website. Participating In Forums and Comment on Blogs
There are many different forums & Blogs on the Internet and chances are, there is one related to your industry. When you join a forum you are asked to fill out a profile. Your profile signature is what will help your websites page rank. Creating an anchor link with your keywords as your signature which hyperlinks back to your website will help your website get indexed higher if the forum or blog has a high page rank (a page rank of 5 out of 10) So how do you do this? You create the signature line by finding the link button (sometimes it appears to look like a piece of chain) This is where you can create what is called an anchor link. Generally you enter a good keyword that you would like to have associated with your site, basically highlighting it. A box will pop up and ask you to enter your website address including the http://www.yourwebsiteaddress.com. By participating in these forums and adding comments your signature will appear as a hyperlink back to your website. The search engines pick up the keyword and then associate it with your site.
